GI Bill® and Tuition Assistance

ATI participates in many existing scholarship programs and has also created others in order to help as many military members and their families as possible.

Marine Gunnery Sergeant John David Fry Scholarship
Children of an active-duty member of the Armed Forces who have died in the line of duty on or after September 11, 2001, are eligible for this benefit. A child may be married or over 23 and still be eligible.
Skillbridge Approved
Service members can earn their Commercial Driver’s License before leaving the military through ATI’s SkillBridge approved program.
The DOD SkillBridge program is an opportunity for Service members to gain valuable civilian work experience through specific industry training, apprenticeships, or internships during the last 180 days of service. Service members participating in SkillBridge receive their military compensation and benefits.
CDL Training Grants
Grant Details:
- $3000 grant towards ATI's Commercial Driving Programs.
- Open to all actively serving military, Veterans, and family members.

TA Top Up
Effective October 30, 2000, active duty personnel who are eligible to receive chapter 30 benefits and who are utilizing military tuition assistance may apply for Tuition Assistance Top Up.
TA Top Up is an additional Chapter 30 benefit which allows the VA to issue payment to an individual for all or any portion of the difference between the Tuition Assistance amount paid by the military component and the total cost of tuition and related charges. The Top Up payment is made to the individual claimant, not to the college, in one lump sum payment.
ARMYIgnitED
ATI has been accepted as an “LOI school”. The program includes reduced tuition along with program flexibility.
Navy/Marine Portal
Navy and Marine personnel must complete and submit the NETPDTC-1560 Form to their Education Office prior to the start of the term.
Coast Guard
Coast Guard personnel must complete and submit the CG-4147 Form to the Education Office prior to the start of the term. This TA Application Form may be submitted via email, fax or in person.
